How do I track my order?

We will be emailing you the tracking details once your order is dispatched. You can write to us on optoutboxofficial@gmail.com for any order related queries.
Can we return the product if we don’t like it after receiving it?

The product can only be replaced and not returned. If the product reaches you in a damaged condition, we assure a replacement for the same with no extra cost.
Do you have a Cash on Delivery option?

Yes, we do have Cash on delivery service. However, there is an additional charge for it.
How many days does it take to deliver the order?

Once you place an order with us, it takes 2-3 working days to pack and dispatch your parcel. Once it is dispatched, it takes another 5-8 working days to deliver it at your doorstep.
What are the shipping charges?

Prepaid orders are eligible for free shipping, whereas cash on delivery orders have an additional charge of Rs150.
